1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Nyleve Speaks Bold are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances outlined in this policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Cancellations by Nyleve Speaks Bold

If Nyleve Speaks Bold cancels an event and it cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Weather-Related Refunds

In the event of severe or dangerous weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme snowstorms, dangerously cold temperatures, or severe thunderstorms, Nyleve Speaks Bold may cancel or postpone the event. If the event cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.

4. No Refunds for Other Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for personal conflicts, scheduling changes, no-shows, or failure to attend an event.

5. Rescheduling Policy

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets or bookings will be transferred to the new date automatically.

6. Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate transaction through a chargeback will be considered a breach of contract and may result in a legal claim against you for recovery of the full amount, plus any additional fees, costs, and damages incurred.

By initiating a chargeback, you agree that:

• You forfeit any future right to purchase, attend, or participate in Nyleve Speaks Bold events, products, or services.
   
• You are prohibited from making any direct or indirect public statements, written or verbal, regarding Nyleve Speaks Bold, its owners, representatives, or your experience with the brand.
   
• Violation of this prohibition may result in additional legal action.
